***Starting next month, “Weightlifting Wednesdays”! We will be adding a new class to the existing line up dedicated to lifting. This class will be held Wednesday nights at 7pm. If you are looking to work on your olympic lifts this is the class for you! Whether you are brand new or a little more advanced this will give you the opportunity to help work on your technic.***
