***The 2018 CrossFit Open is just about one month away! Over the next five weeks we will be re-testing past workouts to prepare for the upcoming Open. We will be doing these workout just like we will when the Open starts, running the workouts in heats and every athlete will have a judge. So not only do you get to practice your workouts but your judging skills as well! If you are new or are still a little unfamiliar with how the CrossFit Open works watch this short video HERE.***
