Athlete of the Month: Mike Dagostino

“I walked into a Crossfit for the first time 5 years ago with my wife at CF Woburn. I think she might regret that decision to this day given the massive CF related t-shirt collection I have accumulated over the years.  After a few years at CF Woburn, a move brought me to Crossfit 128 and it has become my second home.  I workout with a great group of people who go off and do various things throughout the day but when we are all at CF128, we suffer the same pain and have fun while doing it. These people have become great friends as well.  Crossfit pushes me on a daily basis to improve in all areas of both mental and physical strength with the exception of double unders (not my strong point).  Thank you to all of our coaches for your programming and guidance every day. “
