***Challenge starts Monday! Guidelines are linked below as well as score sheets (there will be hard copies in the gym as well). You will be in charge of tracking your points weekly and turning you score sheets in. Weight yourself before and after if you would like, we do not require that but actually prefer you take a before and after picture (this doesn’t have to be posted anywhere, more for you to see some changes). Make sure you get your buy in $$$ in by Monday as well! Let me know if you have any other questions.***
