***Paleo Challenge starts next week! This will run for 5 weeks leading right up to the CrossFit Open. There will be a $10 buy in, winner will get a cash prize as well as a free month into the “Committed Club”! This can be used for ONE month when you do not reach your 15 classes so that you can maintain your consecutive status. Runner up will receive cash as well.
A few tips for successfully getting through the challenge:
– Meal prep is key, having good, clean, food readily available makes it a lot easier to stay on track.
– Drink water! A lot of water. Its very important for muscle upkeep and flushing out the toxic crap that is in your body.
– Stick with it. Just like any change it takes time to get used to. CrossFit was frustrating when you first started, but you’re still here!
